Example:

(sentence adverb) Used to mark a statement as having importance.

carbohydrates

(nutrition) A sugar, starch, or cellulose that is a food source of energy for an animal or plant.

Example:

stretching

The act by which something is stretched.

Example:

"you're stretching. You are not reading the instructions. Okay? That's one."

everywhere

In or to all locations under discussion.

Example:

instruction

The act of instructing, teaching, or furnishing with information or knowledge.
