obviously

Example:

importantly
B2(sentence adverb) Used to mark a statement as having importance.
Example:
"Most importantly, your mind. We need to train your mind. It's not all about English. Okay?"
carbohydrates
B2(nutrition) A sugar, starch, or cellulose that is a food source of energy for an animal or plant.
Example:
"Okay? Eat. Eat properly. Carbohydrates, proteins. Avoid coffee and sugar. But if you have to"
stretching
B1The act by which something is stretched.
Example:
"you're stretching. You are not reading the instructions. Okay? That's one."
everywhere
B1In or to all locations under discussion.
Example:
"YouTube, internet. Like, English is everywhere. Very, very easy to practice your listening. Okay?"
instruction
B2The act of instructing, teaching, or furnishing with information or knowledge.
Example:
"Instructions. Every section has instructions. Okay? Know these before test day. Okay? Don't"
practicing
B1The act of one who practices.
Example:
"important, and learning and practicing your skills. Paraphrasing skills also very important."
eventually
B1In the end; at some later time, especially after a long time, a series of problems, struggles, delays or setbacks.
Example:

statement
B2A declaration or remark.
Example:
"Find the thesis statement for each paragraph, and find the key words. Now, why are we doing"
