1.oh my gosh I can't believe you're here come on in it's so good to see you oh my God man give me a hug let me take your luggage we'll just leave it here for now in the foyer kick off your shoes and let me give you a tour of the place let me show you the place and I'm sure you're super tired from the flight and I'll let me take you to this awesome coffee place after we're done here and get caffeinated you're gonna love this place watch your step let me show you around so we've got the kitchen here freezer the fridge feel free to help yourself to anything that's in the fridge we're gonna go to the local market after we get get coffee and we're gonna buy fresh fruits and and fish and meat so we're gonna stock up this fridge for while you're here if you're thirsty and you want something to drink mugs are up here in this cabinet this cabinet up here the oven is down here I don't really use it very often because in Vietnam it's way too hot the induction stove is right here it's a little bit so I'll show you how to use it it's not rocket science but there's a few weird that you gotta push to make it work down here in this cabinet is where you'll find so if you wanna cook anything there's various pots and there's a pan right here as well usually when I'm cooking I use a my cutting board and I'm usually standing right here the TV and and doing various things that need to be done while you cook knives are here this is where I keep most of the utensils so if you're looking for a spoon a knife a fork Scissors this is where you're gonna find most of those things dish soap is here for washing dishes sponge for cleaning as well this is the sink and the faucet to turn on the faucet all you have to do is press this middle button right here one thing to note is that we're in Vietnam so definitely not safe to drink the tap water I'll show you where the water cooler is in a moment this is the dish towel so when you're done with dishes you can dry them with with this dish towel and the garbage can is right down here we also have a kettle here so if you want tea in the morning feel free to fill this with water and make yourself some tea the tea is also in this cabinet up at the top I can show you exactly where later the microwave is here so if you need to reheat anything or heat up any food it's right here for you to use this is the bottled water there's a hot dispenser on the left and a cold dispenser on the right like I said don't drink the tap water it's not safe we'll stick to the bottled water tonight after we get home from the market I'm gonna cook us a nice dinner I got us a bottle of wine by the way if you're hungry before we leave for coffee feel free to take one of these bananas or as many as you like but while I'm cooking you can sit here and drink this wine and keep me company while I'm cooking if you like and these chairs swivel so you can turn around and watch TV if you like for climate as you know you probably you already noticed it's like 36 degrees outside super hot in Vietnam so we have two air conditioning units they're both controlled by this remote control right here you can adjust the temperature as you like I think it feels pretty comfortable in here right now I like to keep it around 20 Celsius but feel free to set it to whatever temperature you like for dining this is the formal dining area we're gonna have a couple of people over in a few days for dinner and this is where we'll sit so there's six chairs and one long table and there's gonna be six of us for dinner so there's just enough chairs for all of us this is the coffee table and the sitting area we've got a big sofa one thing I forgot to mention is when it's a little cooler out sometimes it's only about 28 degrees instead of like 36 degrees like it is today if it's like less than 30 I try to use the fan as much as possible because air conditioning it starts to get pretty expensive using it every day so in the evening sometimes I like to use the fan instead for entertainment we have a big big screen TV and it's controlled by this remote right here this remote control to turn it on you press the button on the top right hand corner that controls the TV there's also an Apple TV Control which turns the Apple TV on there's a remote control for the Bose stereo system there's a subwoofer and two speakers one two I don't usually use the audio for the TV because it doesn't sound nearly as good as the Bose stereo system does I think that does it for the living room and the kitchen let's show you the bedroom where you're gonna be sleeping again watch your step so this is the main bedroom it's got a king size bed four pillows one two, three, four I cleared out this nightstand for you so feel free to put whatever you like inside of it there's two electrical outlets right here so that you can charge your devices at night and then these switches control the lights so you don't have to get up in the middle of the night to turn on the light if you need to you can just do it right from your bedside also in this closet I cleared everything out and there's some hangers for you to use so that you can hang up your clothes so that you're not having to live out of your luggage while you're here so feel free to do that I want you to feel as at home as possible for climate just like in the living room we have a remote control that controls the air conditioning system again I keep it set at 20 degrees and I like to keep the remote control at night time on the nightstand that way if I get too warm in the middle of the night I can lower the temperature or if I get too cold I can raise it for entertainment in the bedroom just like in the living room there's a big screen TV and an Apple TV again the same remote control as the in the living room controls the TV for the bedroom you turn it on by pushing the button on the top right hand corner and this is the remote control for the Apple TV I use this little area right here as my workstation so it's like just perfect for me to be able to work from my laptop whenever I like feel free to set up your workstation here I know you work from home so you work remotely so feel free to put your computer where just put it wherever you like there's a separate seating area here a sofa I don't really use it much for anything other than than reading a book before bed sometimes I'll just sit here and read a book and it helps me get sleepy to fall and helps me fall asleep at night I usually keep the book right here on this coffee table and there's two cushions here to help you with your back if you need it I'll show you the master bathroom now so this is the bathroom vanity there's a sink and a faucet feel free to use anything that you that you want here there's hand soap face cream dental floss toothpaste these are my so you probably don't wanna use these feel free to put your own toothbrush in into this little cup put whatever toiletries you like on the vanity just make yourself at home there's also a hand towel for after you finish washing your hands you can use the hand towel the toilet is here toilet paper is here these are two towels that just came out of the wash so they're clean and for you to use there's a nice big bathtub here feel free to take a bath whenever you like and there's a walk in shower that you can access by just pulling on this handle to open the door you walk in and you can turn on the shower just by pushing this button right here you can control the temperature of the water with this lever right here it slides up and down there's shampoo for to wash your hair and shower gel to wash your body there's also bar soap bar soap if you prefer and when you step out of the shower you can step on this bath mat so that you your you get your feet get dry before you step on on the tile I think that pretty much does it for the bathroom tour let me show you one of the what I would say is the best part of the the the villa follow me again watch your step don't need any lawsuits so these are these are patio doors that slide open and it just creates like this big open openness from the living room to the outside which is like really cool and come check out the outside there's a really big outdoor backyard garden and a big pergola with patio lights so after we finish dinner after the sun goes down and when it's a bit cooler we can sit at this table and at these chairs and have a beer and catch up with the lights on and just catch up and it's been so long since we've seen each other so I can already see us sitting out here tonight and having a couple beers myself one other thing let me show you the view of the river then we can go get coffee but come over here check it out how Vietnam is this like this is exactly when you think about Vietnam this is pretty much exactly what you think of right that's at least what I think of but yeah I think that's a that does it for the Villa tour I'm sure you're super tired and could use a coffee I wanna take you to that coffee place that I was talking to you about let's go and get caffeinated
