1.hey everyone welcome and thank you very much for joining me here on IP market watch as always I am your host Mike and in this video we got a lot of things to cover the major part that we're going to cover is a new company that is going public on the market but before we cover that I'm going to touch on a few things deep seek AI open AI my opinion on uh some things on that um some proof of Foul Play uh and uh also the Discord and then after that we're going to go to the new company that is going public which I think you might want to know because they're pretty big and maybe maybe with the new uh Trump Administration and deregulations uh that are going to already they've already started occurring and there's more to come for the energy sector maybe this oil play that's going public and it's already making money uh and I think it's profitable we'll see I don't remember we'll see it in the video might be a good play Maybe right so we'll see so the first thing I want to talk about is deep seek AI now this thing appeared on the Google Play Store if I remember right correct me if I'm wrong January 8 of 2025 recently it's already gotten like over last time I checked it had over 5 million downloads so you know it's the new hype everyone's talking about deep cki it it it even you know rattled the markets for a little bit Broad tech uh uh US tech companies down now what is going on and why is it so important the simplest way to to explain it so people can understand is that US tech companies spent years and billions not Millions but billions of dollars to create the AI infrastructure which then obviously they have to monetize in many different ways to get back all the billions of dollars they spent to make it and also make profits insane profits over the long term so I mean like think about it when you have a Chinese version of your AI which is just as good and it's going to be much cheaper it's going to cost way less when the world or most of the world turn to that and then when the US companies billions of dollars in research and development go to waste so this is why I said in my Discord from the beginning the Deep seek AI is probably going to get banned in the US guaranteed in my opinion this and it hasn't happened yet but I think it will so I mean just look recently 12 hours ago I posted this on my uh platform account if you want to follow me uh it's _ IO so Justin White House says there are they are looking into National Security implications of China's deep cki platform what a surprise every time there is a company that comes out that could rival big time and threaten the revenue of some US tech company um this is just my opinion there's always this National Security concern now it might actually be a national security SEC concern because if you think about it um you know to be fair um if all the US companies or most us companies and then obviously the data of their clients and then also just the citizens themselves use deep seek AI where does that data go where is it stored who controls the data but I knew that there was going to be something like that there's no way they're going to let this go so I think the Deep seek AI in a little bit is probably going to give you know some type of Huawei treatment uh open AI reportedly claims he has evidence China's deep seek used its model to train AI chatbot business life Etc now this is crazy okay um you know this is like uh kind of of of like a hypocrisy in my opinion because open AI right open AI says deep cki uh used our models to train our permission and so on we have evidence of that um you let's look back you know so because you know I want people to use their minds and not forget that they have a mining here do you remember these articles this uh the headlines the times New York Times sues open a accusing open aai of using its data without its permission how about Indian news agency suing an open AI for the same thing Canadian news media Outlets suing open AI for copyright infringement how about Chad gbd maker open a value that uh was sued by GMA uh in Germany over unlicensed use of it song lyrics and many many many many many more lawsuits and accusations against open AI over the past two years minimum right so it's you know it's kind of funny how open AI says Hey deep seek you use my data uh to train your models when open AI guaranteed did not train their models lawfully there's no way in my opinion this is just my personal opinion who is to guarantee me that through the past 10 15 years social media all over all sorts of social media platforms I'm just saying weren't you know the data wasn't used to train what would become now the AI models so when I look at Sam mman I don't know why but he reminds me of all of these guys I mean do you remember Huawei uh back in 2019 if you remember Huawei overtook Apple to become the second biggest smartphone maker that was back in 2019 keep that in mind and that same year in 2019 Huawei gets banned from Android and it's not even in the tech sector that this is uh going on I mean we also have National Security concerns with pork yes pigs spider pig does whatever a spider pig does so I'm talking about Smithfield Foods Corporation take s sfd I've done a YouTube full IPO review video on this company before they went public now they went public at 2021 bucks and they're already falling uh and last time they closed at 1959 I am very excited to see the this go so if this can go lower and lower perfect beautiful because at some point I am definitely going to buy I mean if I see this uh you know this year at 17 or 16 US bucks I'm in uh this is a really big company with 34,000 employees they they made last year over $4 billion in Revenue um what else they have about 2.3 billion total debt the only reason why this is falling for now for the time being is because there are National Security concerns over pigs because pork uh because Smithfield uh is a company that's actually was bought a few years back by a uh Chinese company called wh group so there are National Security concerns that there is foreign ownership uh and its role in the US food supply let's not forget that Smithville has most of its plants and most of its production and most of its sales and most of its employees within the United States of America so um this will be interesting and now let's go over real quick to the Discord here's a YouTube video I had done I did talk to you guys about absi and I had said that I would get in a 335 the stock is at 385 so it's still up it's fine but if you were in the Discord you would have known about this thing on January 8 2025 we bought it at 376 sold that same day in pre-market at 502 huge gains and then that same exact day we got back in at 31 2025 so I repeat January 31 20125 this oil company is going public and they're very interesting now the price range is 18 to 21 but keep in mind that's just 13.2 million shares and the deal size is 258 million they won't be able to dilute this stock at least for the first 6 months so it's going to be quite relative low float but is it worth such a deal size we'll have to look at the balance sheet this is a company that is based in West Virginia and was founded to acquire develop and operate oil and gas extraction activities in Pennsylvania and Ohio management is headed by President Co Zach Arnold who has been with the company since 2017 and he was previously the general manager of Northeast Natural Energy and also played various roles at Chesapeake Energy Corp this company has has drilled over 3,000 times in different locations and they have found so far according to their SEC filings and are also drilling they're also using those locations for oil production um 73 proven location they have received $470 million in investments from NGP energy capital and pearl energy Investments here we can see the oil production by Barrels in Ohio from 2010 to 2020 so we can see that there is a substantial increase it's not huge right but it is a substantial increase let's look at the financial information of this company 2022 $143 million in Revenue 2023 161 million and then in 2024 guys just for the first 6 months just the first 6 months they're already up at 120 million I mean the they're just uh incredible increase incredible increase in Revenue as this company is finding more and more locations proven with oil operating profit loss goes from 965 million to $42 million in 2024 guys net income loss at about $10 million for the first 6 months of 2024 so the total depth of the companies at $188 million this company has $7 million in cash they have total liabilities of about $261 million and as of last year in 2024 they ended their free cash cash flow positive $136 million okay so to sum it up I think that the uh AI hype has gone way out of control insanely out of control uh we've seen a lot of things go crazy this year and uh so far in all 2024 with AI uh be
