you meet them in a busy city or a quiet they're proud of their history too vietnam has been through tough times like wars but the people never gave up their strength and spirit shine through in everyday life now food oh Vietnamese food is a must try imagine a hot bowl of fu a noodle soup with beef or chicken flavored with herbs and a bit of lime it's like a hug in a bowl then there's banani a crispy bread roll stuffed with meat veggies and sauces don't miss spring rolls either fresh or fried they're always delicious and if you love coffee Vietnam's iced coffee with sweet milk is strong and so vietnam cities are exciting hanoi the capital is old and charming you'll see ancient temples busy markets and the peaceful Juan Kim Lake right in the center ho Chi Min City in the south is modern and fast-paced it's got tall cool cafes and street food everywhere both cities are perfect for exploring day and night the countryside is just as amazing picture green rice fields stretching far and wide with farmers in cone-shaped hats working under the sun villages have small rivers bamboo bridges and houses made of wood or bricks in the Meong Delta you can visit floating markets where people sell fruits and flowers from boats it's colorful and so unique vietnam's weather it's warm most of the time especially in the south where it feels like summer all year the north has cooler winters and it gets rainy so bring an umbrella if you visit the sunny days are great for exploring beaches like those in Daang or Na Trang where the water is crystal clear finally let's not forget
