1.hi so this video is a of the I love you massage uh this massage uh can be used by who have with constipation uh loose stool or generalized pelvic or pain so what you're going to need to get is a little bit of cream and we're going to place that cream across the whole entire belly just like this and so the I love you actually letters um so we're starting on the left side at the left rib we're going to actually draw the letter i down to the left uh pelvic bone and then the letter L comes across the ribs and then down and then the letter U goes from the right uh pubic bone up to the ribs across and down okay but before we can do the actual I love you part we need to make sure that we make room for any of the sool that we're moving along so what we need to do is empty out any sool that's sitting in the sigmoid colon which is located across here and we need to push any stool that's there down toward the rectum so just like this we're going to start at the pubic bone and go down to the middle so we're going to do this 10 times okay you can use three or four fingers it's up to you you want to use moderate pressure and then once we've done this then we're going to start with the letter I so we're going to start with the letter I and then come down okay we're going to do this 10 times then we're going to do the letter L so we're going to come across and down and then just emptying toward the rectum just like this okay so we're going to do this 10 times then we're going to do the letter U so we're going to come up across down and then empty up across down and empty just like that 10 times okay and then at the end we're going to do 10 around the belly button just like this and this is for uh the small intestines so we're going to do that 10 times okay so you can perform this massage once a day but if you happen to be a little more constipated or um have some or a bit more pain then you can try uh doing the massage you know once in the morning and once in the and see uh how you feel hope it helps
